Dancing Goats Dairy
In 2013, after renovating an old farm outbuilding into stalls and a milk room, Erin Bligh began the kidding season with a herd of five goats. All four of her does were bred and freshened like champions. By 2014, her herd had grown to seven and in 2015 she started milking fourteen.
Erin sells her products commercially and operates a small farm stand while supplying local stores and farmers markets. With the milk, she makes cheese, caramel, fudge and soap.
